Authors are strongly advised to adhere to the following ethical standards:
Originality and Authenticity
Submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the authors or based on research they were involved in during their professional tenure. All submitted content must present original, authentic data, results, and ideas, and should not have been published elsewhere.
Avoidance of Simultaneous Submissions
Manuscripts should not be submitted simultaneously to more than one journal in the same language. Dual submissions can lead to conflicts over publication rights and may result in redundant editorial and peer-review efforts.
Data Integrity and Plagiarism
Fabrication or manipulation of data, intellectual property theft, and plagiarism are considered serious ethical violations. All information sourced from external media must be accompanied by prior permission from the rightful owner.
Proper Citation Practices
Authors must ensure that all sources are properly cited. References should be thoroughly checked for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Review and Accuracy of Results
Authors and co-authors must verify the accuracy and validity of all reported results. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to the editor prior to submission.
Copyright Transfer
Upon acceptance of a manuscript, all authors are required to submit a duly signed copyright transfer form without fail.
Ethical Standards in Human Research
If the manuscript involves human experimentation, it must include a statement confirming that the study adhered to institutional and ethical standards, and received appropriate review body approval.
Informed Consent
For any identifiable patient information (including descriptions, photographs, or pedigrees), a signed statement of informed consent must be obtained from the subjects (or from parents/legal guardians in the case of minors). The subjects should be shown the manuscript prior to submission.
Pre-publication Disclosure
Sharing scientific information from an accepted but unpublished manuscript with media, governmental agencies, or commercial entities is prohibited, as it may violate the policies of many journals.
