Manuscript Guidelines

Cover Letter

Must include a cover letter with the following details for all authors and co-authors:

  • Full Name
  • Department
  • University/Institution
  • Full Address
  • Correspondence Details (Specify the corresponding author)
  • Country
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number

Main Manuscript

Submit the full manuscript as a single file (MS Word or PDF). Use a Zip folder only if the file size exceeds the submission limit. This file must contain:

  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • List of Abbreviations
  • Figures (Should be clear with high resolution. Figure Legends: Description of figures/image) and Tables (inserted within the text)
  • Appendices
  • References

Supporting Information (optional but recommended)

Include at the end of the manuscript:

  • Acknowledgements
  • Conflict of Interests
  • Author Contributions
  • Funding Sources
  • Dedications
  • Thank You Notes

Complete Author Information

All relevant details must be submitted, including:

  • Full name(s) of all authors
  • Contact details (email, phone number)
  • Institutional affiliations
  • Mailing address

Abstract

The abstract should be concise, informative, and self-explanatory. It must briefly introduce the topic, state the objective, outline the methodology, highlight major findings, and present the main conclusion.

Following the abstract, include:

  • Keywords (3–6 words/phrases)
  • Abbreviations, if any, used in the text

Content

  • Introduction The introduction should clearly state the aim of the article and present the thesis statement. It must engage readers and motivate them to read further.
  • Materials and Methodology This section should provide a detailed explanation of the study's procedures, including:
    • Apparatus or materials used
    • Methods of comparison and examination
    • Observation tables
    • Any experimental design and protocols, Illustrations, charts, and video links may be included for clarity, if necessary.
  • Outcome Clearly describe the results of the study, with enough detail to support the conclusions drawn. The outcomes should be logically aligned with the research objectives.
  • Acknowledgements This section may include acknowledgments to individuals, institutions, or funding sources that contributed to or supported the research work.
  • References Only previously published and credible sources should be listed here. References must follow the journal’s citation format and include all sources from which content, data, or ideas have been derived.
