Med Diary Publishers is an open-access publishing organization committed to disseminating high-quality research across the globe. As part of our publishing model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable. This fee covers essential services such as:
- Manuscript handling and coordination
- Double-blind peer review
- Editing and formatting
- Graphic enhancements
- Long-term digital storage and online accessibility
- Support and maintenance of published articles in our repositories
We do not receive funding or support from private organizations or government bodies.
To ensure accessibility and inclusivity, we have structured our APCs to be nominal and affordable, enabling researchers from all backgrounds to publish their valuable work without financial barriers.
- Publication Fee per Article: USD 1299 (one-time fee)
- Submission Fee: None
- When is the Fee Charged? Only upon acceptance of the manuscript.
- Invoice: Sent to the corresponding author after publication via our secure payment gateway.
- Additional Costs: None. This is a one-time charge.

Article Withdrawal Policy:
- Free Withdrawal: Within 72 hours of submission no charges apply.
- Withdrawal After Peer Review or Publication Process Begins:
A withdrawal charge of $699 USD will apply if the manuscript is withdrawn after entering peer review, production (Early Release or Ahead of Publishing), or once published online.
