To publish your journal with Med Diary Publishers, submit the manuscript according to the guidelines provided below. Once reviewed and approved by both the editorial and reviewer teams, the manuscript proceeds to publication.
Terms of Submission
Authors must follow the formatting and structural requirements outlined below to ensure the manuscript meets publishing standards.
- Title
- Word limit: 20–25 words.
- The title should be concise yet descriptive, reflecting the core subject of the manuscript.
- Author Information
- The author must provide complete and authentic details, including:
- Full name
- Residential address
- Affiliated university
- Country
- Contact number
- Email ID

- Details should match the information required from the main author.
Manuscript Components
- Abstract
- Word limit: ≤ 250 words.
- Should clearly and concisely summarise the scientific content of the manuscript.
- Must be free from citations or references.
- Keywords
- Keywords help readers and indexers discover the manuscript.
- Carefully chosen keywords can increase both visibility and citation count.
- Abbreviations
- Provide a list of all abbreviations used in the manuscript.
- Body Text Structure
- Must include the following sections. Omission of any will result in the manuscript being returned for revisions:
- Materials and Methods: Detail all materials and methodologies used.
- Methods: Clearly describe the procedures followed in the research.
- Results and Discussion: Present research results and interpret them.
- Conclusion: Summarize the final findings and implications.

Figures & Tables
- Figures
- Should be submitted as attachments.
- Includes diagrams, pie charts, graphs, etc.
- Requirements:
- Avoid excessive color and unnecessary elements.
- Use standard (700px) or high-resolution (1300px) images.
- Include clear, concise legends below each figure.
- Reference figures sequentially within the manuscript using round brackets.
- Tables
- Must be in table format (not embedded as images).
- Legends should be placed above each table.
- Define all symbols and abbreviations below the table.
Additional Sections
- Acknowledgements
- Positioned before the References section.
- May include financial support, grants, or acknowledgements of assistance.
- Units
- Use SI or IU units consistently.
- Equations and Formulas
- Use standard text or Symbol font.
- Use Math Type only when symbols cannot be reproduced using standard fonts.
- Supplementary Information
- May include extended data sets, calculations, or additional methods.
- Mention the supplementary data at the appropriate point in the manuscript.
- Should not contain figures; supplementary tables are allowed and published as attachments.


References
- Use the Vancouver Style (author-number system).
- References should be numbered in the order of appearance in the text.
- Include: Author names, article title, publication year, volume number, and page range.
- URLS should also be numbered and listed in sequence.
Clinical Images
- Should represent a notable clinical case with educational value.
- Must include:
- High-resolution images in .jpg or .pdf format.
- A brief write-up (approx. 300 words).
- Educational Q&A, if applicable.
- Authors are responsible for any copyright permissions.
Manuscript Processing Stages
- Plagiarism Check All submissions are evaluated for originality. Any content found plagiarised will be rejected.
- Peer Review Each manuscript undergoes peer review to ensure scientific accuracy and quality.
- Proofreading Professional editing ensures the manuscript meets high publication standards.
- Revision Final revisions are made to address any remaining issues before design.
- PDF Formatting The final layout is designed in PDF, ready for publication.
- Publication Manuscript is published in its final form as a journal article, research paper, or clinical report.
